Drew is a 16 time Jessie Award winning designer and 32 time nominee.
Recently Drew designed the sets for Me and My Girl (Shaw Festival), The Marriage of Figaro, Evita and Stickboy (Vancouver Opera), Das Ding (Can Stage/ Theatre Smash), Onegin (Arts Club), Blasted (Pi), Measure for Measure & Elizabeth Rex (Bard on the Beach) and the production designs for Leading Ladies, Into the Woods, Pirates of Penzance (Thousand Islands), The Comedy of Errors, Educating Rita (Western Canada), Sherlock Holmes, Delicious Lies & Chickens (Chemainus), Indian Arm, Penelope & The Last Days of Judas Iscariot (Rumble), Bonjour, la, Bonjour, À toi, pour toujours, ta Marie-Lou, Des Fraises en Janvier & Le Portrait Gooble (Théâtre la Seizième), Brothel #9, The Romeo Initiative & True Love Lies (Touchstone).
Recent costume designs include The Merchant of Venice, The Merry Wives of Windsor (Bard on the Beach) and Broken Sex Doll (Virtual Stage). Drew is a graduate of Studio 58 and he also trained as a visual artist at the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design, Concordia University and apprenticed privately in Montreal as a glass sculptor.
